When P. Jon Wilems founded Gas Supply Consulting, Inc. in 1991, He was dedicated to providing the highest quality consulting services available in the rapidly changing natural gas industry. The basic principles were to reduce costs, ensure supplies & services were reliable and simplify supply management for the client. Tim Sexton joined GSC in 1994 and became president in 2010. We still operate with the philosophy that there is no substitute for integrity, honesty and hard work. Over the years, GSC has helped our clients save millions of dollars in energy costs. We have negotiated contracts that account for over 5 Bcfd of flowing gas and 2 Bcfd of LNG feedgas. Our services extend beyond supply planning and acquisition, to risk management and infrastructure analysis. We are able to help global partners entering the domestic industry. Our knowledge in rates and pipeline services have helped many municipal utilities, industrials and generators manage energy costs and services more effectively.

Tim Sexton
Tim joined the company in 1994, assuming ownership and the position of President in 2010. As a former pipeline engineer, he brings a great deal of technical knowledge to the table. His background in market development, commercial negotiations and regulatory support provides clients with a broad understanding of the multi-faceted energy industry to assist in negotiations and strategy formulation. Mr. Sexton is well versed as an expert witness and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

Kimberly Decell
Kim has worked in the natural gas industry for thirty years. She joined Gas Supply Consulting in 2000, after ten years experience in pipeline rates and marketing. Ms. Decell’s area of expertise is supply management as it pertains to industrial clients, municipal governments and natural gas distribution companies and includes such work as:
Development of gas supply RFP’s and the associated negotiations of services and supplies
Analysis of and recommendations regarding changes to transporter tariffs
Generation of annual natural gas use and cost forecast, along with tracking variances to actuals
Identification and resolution of invoice errors
Development of by-pass analyses
Support in the acquisition of term electric supply and negotiation of associated contracts
Development and implementation of price risk management strategies

Charles I. Azih
Charles joined the company in 2022 with ten years experience in the oil and gas industry. He brings a diverse background with him from data analytics, upstream operations and design engineering. He’s led cross functional engineering teams on small/large scale projects, risk assessment, performance evaluation and project planning.
